rule implies a stove and fuel; liquid fuel should be contained in
a robust container with a secure stopper. Gas cartridges must be of the self
sealing type, (single pierce cartridges are not acceptable) Recommendation: Meals to be individually wrapped and labelled for easy identification. |

Bivvy bags are not accepted. Tents are to be either of standard design (waterproof flysheet, non-waterproof inner and waterproof groundsheet) or a single skin waterproof design with built-in waterproof groundsheet. |

| N.B. Rule: Half of the above Clothing is to be wrapped in a waterproof bags as "Spare Clothing"; both halves of clothing are to be of similar standard. Recommendation: All spare clothing should be in separate substantial waterproof bags and clearly labelled with contents. Freezer Ziploc bags for food are very good for this purpose. |

MOBILE TELEPHONE
EACH
TEAM IS AUTHORISED TO
CARRY ONE FULLY CHARGED MOBILE TELEPHONE. IT IS TO BE SEALED IN A
WATERPROOF BAG AND IS TO BE CARRIED BY THE TEAM LEADER. IT IS TO
BE USED IN EMERGENCY ONLY AS INDISCRIMINATE USE WILL LEAD TO THE TEAM'S
DISQUALIFICATION.
