Child Protection Policy – IVFDF 2009
IVFDF is mainly a student festival but we do encourage people of all ages to participate.
All under 18s must be under the supervision of a named adult, with details of this adult registered at reception in case of any problems. Neither IVFDF, the IVFDF 2009 Organising Committee, the University of Exeter nor the Guild of Students accept responsibility for any Under 18.
Upon ticket collection we will need to take the following information regarding all under 18s:
- Name of person under 18
- The named adult responsible for the under 18 during the festival
- Name of parent/guardian
- Emergency contact phone number of parent/guardian
It would also be useful if we could be given the following information:
- Mobile phone number of adult responsible for the under 18 during the festival
- Emergency mobile phone number of parent/guardian
Please note that we only require this information for the safety of the child/young person and that all information will be shredded at the end of the festival.
