Following the review process, authors will be informed whether or not their abstract is suitable for presentation at the conference and publication in a book of the proceedings. If accepted, authors will be asked to prepare a full paper for publication, following the guidelines below, and for presentation at the conference either as a Long Presentation (15 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions) or as a Short Presentation (5 minutes plus a time for questions). Please note, all accepted papers (Long or Short Presentation) will be published in full in the book of proceedings, providing their authors have registered for the conference.
A delegate to the conference may present no more than 3 papers.
The deadline for the receipt of full papers is 1st June 2011. The deadline for author registration to enable a paper to be published in the proceedings is 15th July.
Papers:
The preferred word-processing package is Microsoft Word. Your manuscript should be submitted in Microsoft Word 2003 (.doc) format. Any other formats may not be accepted. However, you can use a word-processing package of your choice if it can save the paper in Microsoft Word 2003 (.doc) format. For example OpenOffice or LibreOffice word-processing packages.
We ask you to use the given template (see link) and the information on it to write your paper. Your paper should not be longer than 6 pages A4, including references, figures, tables and all appendices; failure to comply with these instructions may result in your paper not being included in the Proceedings.
